　　1、求職信是求職者寫給招聘單位的信函。求職信是自我表白，其目的和作用要是讓人事主管看，因人事主管有太多的求職信函要看，因此要簡明扼要。語言注意點求職信不同于簡歷。在介紹自己情況時，不可面面俱到，否則篇幅過長，反而不易得到重視。應重點突出與所應聘職位相關的.自己的特點及特長。語言要有禮貌，要能體現出誠懇的態度和對工作的渴求。

　　求職信一般包括以下幾個方面的內容：首先要闡述清楚招聘信息的來源，以及所申請的職位;其次簡述個人信息;然后進一步強調自己的能力，表達抱負，并請求給予面試機會;最后提出自己的希望，希望得到面試的機會，并且告訴對方你的聯系方式。
